We aim to tackle the gap between the number of skilled refugees who enter the UK and the current British job deficits. We hope to create a platform that links the "supply" of skilled refugees to the "demands" of the UK job market through a researched and targeted job allocation system. Ideally, this concept will yield an effective social enterprise solution to this growing problem, whilst simultaneously operating as a profitable and sustainable business model.

Stepforce is a social enterprise whose mission is to help put refugees into the workforce, where their skills are underutilised. We provide refugees with knowledge and confidence in landing a stable job. Overall, we skilled refugees and charities with socially responsible employers who want to diversify their workforce and invest in the future of these underutilised individuals.

Here at Stepforce, we provide an opportunity for refugees to obtain stable employment. We will guide them through each process and fulfill their needs in employment.
